Over 250 senior water skiers from 28 countries took part in the 35+ World Championship, which took place on September 12-18 at the Bordeaux Water Ski Club, France.
Three gold medals were won in the 45+ category by Genadi Guralia, Georgia.
Genadi Guralia in the final reached 10.75 and took 2.5 points and managed to win the rerun for the gold medal - 3.00/55/10.75 ! Deserved gold, the first in the collection of world awards of the Georgian master in this form.
Excellent performance in the finals of tricks with - 6450 and the second gold.
On the Jumping, Genadi entered the top 4 strongest with a jump of 45.7 meters and won the Overall with a total very close to the maximum possible - 2971.52.

ROBUST
ROBUST is a ski that is manufactured completely from carbon fiber material, and the core is made from PVC foam.
It has been developed so it can have speed, be stable when turning, and can keep the edge behind the waves, which gives space to the skier before the buoy.
The ski works at all speeds, and the skier is made to feel very comfortable. Also it has the ability to work the same on both slow and fast speeds, plus using either long or short ropes.
ROBUST is a very soft ski, but at the same time it is very quick because of the production to the underneath part of the ski.ROBUST can be manufactured, and the ski can be prepared to meet the needs of each skier, after a consultation with the manufacturer.

Savvas Panteli an entrepreneur located in Cyprus always had a passion for water sports especially for water-ski.
Savvas also worked for boat construction and started his first water-ski development back in 2013 in his small factory.
SP SKIS is a small and very promising company in Cyprus which design, manufacture and test high quality slalom skis for professionals. The designing is made by experienced engineers using special software, 3D drawings and numerical simulations. The manufacturing is a combination of handmade experience using only high-quality materials (carbon fibre tissues and resins), in house CNC machines and automatic mould presses. SP skis has strong relations with world champions and leaders in the sport, providing them tailor made carbon fibre slalom skis of different sizes and shapes. After many hours of testing the company took the advantage of their experience and crucial feedback and this year “SP skis” present the latest ski designs with the name “SP Mustang and “SP Bronco”. “SP Mustang” has the characteristics of improved stability due optimized width, good acceleration and best wave crossing. SP Bronco” is more aggressive for more demanding performance. SP Skis is now able to design and manufacture special skis with various sizes, shapes and flex for professional or beginner athletes in the sport.
